Yom Kippur Afternoon Offerings

Afternoon Service and Jonah Text Study

Digest the story of Jonah, the story customarily read on Yom Kippur in a small group text study. This offering will also feature an afternoon service.

Social Justice Project
Each Yom Kippur we read the words of our prophet Isaiah, who reminds us that the fast God truly desires includes sharing our bread with the hungry. In this spirit, we will gather in TI’s kitchen to prepare food for those in our community who need it most.

Service of Healing

A brief service that will combine words and music of healing. Following the service, participants will have the option to attend Individual Reflection Time in the sanctuary.

Individual Reflection Time

The sanctuary will be available as a quiet, sacred space for self-led, individual reflection before the open ark.

Individual Reflection Time will begin at approximately 3:30p.
